Company Overview
The Bayfield Marshal's Office is a municipal law enforcement agency serving 2,650 residents in the Town of Bayfield. Our department is dedicated to "Policing with Integrity and making our Community our Priority." Our department provides two school resource officers to the Bayfield school district as well as a deputy assigned to the Southwest Drug Task Force Team. On average deputies receive approximately 100 hours of training per year supporting our motto, "Excellence is our Baseline."
Company History
The Bayfield Marshal's Office was established in 1906 to provide law enforcement services to the Town of Bayfield. Located in the heart of the Pine River Valley and Southwest Colorado, we have the honor of serving this community and in return receive great support from the community. The department supports multiple community events throughout the year providing a public relations booth at all major town event, raising money for breast cancer awareness with the Badges Against Breast Cancer 5K and providing a $1,000 dollar scholarship to a graduating senior each year.
