• 11 paid Holidays per year
• Accrue 100 hours of vacation time annually during the first 5 years

• Eligible for MPO promotion after 3 years and possession of Intermediate Law Enforcement Certificate.
• 5% pay incentive for bilingual officers (must pass a test)
• Overtime and off-duty employment opportunities (Charlotte Motor Speedway, ZMax Dragway, private businesses, etc.)
• Lateral Entry Program for applicants with qualifying experience. (max out of 12.5% over starting pay)
