Company Overview

The City of Hamtramck is located in Southeast Michigan. The City is 2.2 square miles surrounded by the City of Detroit on three sides. This small urban community is densely populated with approximately 23,000 residents. The Hamtramck Police Department has been established for over 100 years. The department currently employs 30 full time sworn police officers, six civilian dispatchers, one parking enforcement employee and a civilian records clerk.
