Company History
NTN was founded in 2006 by the owners of Ergometrics & Applied Personnel Research, Inc., one of the nation’s leading test development companies with over 35 years of experience providing testing for government agencies. NTN was established as a separate company to define the primary difference between test administration and test development, with the sole purpose of providing applicant processing and testing services for government agencies. NTN has tested over 200,000 candidates, and has almost 500 clients nationally, including conducting state-wide licensing exams.
