Company Overview
Protect & Serve America is an organization comprised of dedicated members of our nation’s law enforcement and criminal justice communities, active and retired, who are committed to serving their country through international peacekeeping efforts to bring democracy and the rule of law to post-conflict nations, and to assist in combatting global terrorism to protect the homeland.
Our motto, ‘Ready to Serve. Ready to Lead.’ embodies both the readiness to service and the spirit of leadership that drives thse uniquely qualified, patriotic professionals.
Company History
Since 1994, law enforcement and criminal justice professionals have participated in international policing missions across the globe. Currently, there are more than 1,000 experienced professionals serving their country in such places as Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. They mentor and advise their foreign counterparts in law enforcement, corrections and court administration operations. Although each mission is unique, often this involves rebuilding entire police departments and criminal justice systems.
PSA has been tasked with both identifying and selecting “Americas Finest” to represent their country in these critical International peacekeeping missions. Supporting democracy and the rule of law in targeted regions around the world is a rewarding experience for those patriotic professionals who choose to “serve and lead.”

Generous Compensation Package
Selected professionals receive a very competitive salary, with an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental, life insurance, direct deposit and more.
The competitive salary will allow you flexibility to increase your retirement savings, pay college tuition costs, or simply eliminate debt. Under most conditions, your first $90,000 earned is tax-free.
