The City of West Jordan is located in the heart of the Salt Lake valley and is home to 104000 residents. The City of West Jordan is currently the fourth largest city in the State of Utah. The West Jordan Police Department is a full service police organization that employs 102 sworn police officers and over 40 non-sworn suppport personnel. In addition to the patrol and investigations divisions, our agency houses a K-9 unit, SWAT team, motor unit, traffic unit, C.O.P. unit, crime prevention unit, and a D.A.R.E. program. The West Jordan Police Department has a proud tradition of service and enjoys the strong support of our citizenry.
