Company History
The City of Windcrest was incorporated in 1959 by Murray and Barbee Winn who sought to create a unique community where people could live and raise their families in a tranquil and safe environment. Today, our city is a thriving suburban hamlet conveniently located in the northeast area of San Antonio, Texas, the seventh largest city in the U.S., along the IH 35 North corridor.
